How do I become a referee?

It’s very easy! Simply invite your friends to join the shop for Miles programme via the shop for Miles Referral page or by clicking here.

Once your invitation has been sent, it is up to your future referral to register. As soon as their first purchase (of at least 10 Euro ex. tax) is validated, both you and your referral will receive a bonus of 300 Miles.

If your referral is slow in registering or making a purchase, you can send them an automatic reminder via your My Referrals account area.

Tip: You can also share your referral link, which is available on the referral page of the site.

What is a referral?

Somebody is considered to be your referral when they registered:

  • By clicking on your referral link
  • By entering the email address you use for your shop for Miles account during their first log in
What are the validation conditions for my referral bonus?

Each referee will receive a bonus of 300 Miles for each referral who has made at least one validated purchase (of at least €10 ex. tax) through the shop for Miles website. The referral will also receive a bonus of 300 Miles once their purchase has been validated.

How can I view my list of referrals?

You can consult the list of your invitations and referrals in your My account section via the My referrals tab. You also have the possibility to resend invitations that have not yet led to a registration or purchase by your (future) referral by clicking on the ‘resend’ button in your My Referrals account area.

How can I remind my referral to register or make their first purchase?

You have the option of resending invitations left without registration or without a first purchase made by your (future) referral by clicking on the ‘resend’ button in your My Referrals account area. Thanks to your referral, your referee will be able to benefit from a bonus of 300 Miles once their purchase has been validated.

Why have I not been credited with my referral bonus?

If you have not been credited with your referral bonus, it may be because:

  • your referral has not yet made their first purchase via shop for Miles. You can consult the status of your referral in your account area and remind them by clicking on the ‘resend’ button in your My Referrals account area.
  • the purchase made by your referral has not been validated yet. Once the purchase (of at least €10 ex. tax) of your referral has been validated, both of you will each receive a bonus of 300 Miles.

If these conditions have been fulfilled, we invite you to contact our Customer Service team, specifying the username of your referral to us.
