How and when do I receive my Miles in my Flying Blue account?

The first transfer from your Flying Blue shop for Miles account is automatically made to your Flying Blue account as soon as you have accumulated 250 validated Miles (except bonuses). These can be Miles obtained after one or more purchases are made with our partner retailers within a maximum of two years from the first purchase.

The subsequent transfers of your accumulated Miles are automatically made on a daily basis to your Flying Blue account as soon as they are validated in your Flying Blue shop for Miles account.

I did not receive my Miles transfer into my Flying Blue account, why not?

Perhaps you have not accumulated the 250+ validated Miles (except bonuses) required for your first transfer.

After this first transfer, if you have accumulated and validated Miles that have not been transferred, contact our Customer Service.

Can I use my Miles to make purchases?

Once your Miles are credited to your Flying Blue account, you can use them on all offers from the Flying Blue programme.

Can I exchange the Miles in my account for money?

Miles cannot be exchanged for money.

Can the Miles in my Flying Blue shop for Miles account expire?

If you have not accumulated the minimum 250 Miles required to receive the first transfer to your Flying Blue account, your account will be reset after 24 months in accordance with the Miles validity conditions of the Flying Blue Miles programme.
